No Returns or Refunds Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any Fruitree dried fruit products.
Why We Have This Policy As a food product, our dried cherries cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all of our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fruitree.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
